 Here are the steps to do Kapalbhati Pranayama:

1. Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position on a yoga mat with your hands resting on your knees or thighs.

2. Take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.

3. Begin by inhaling deeply and exhaling forcefully through your nostrils. As you exhale, pull your navel towards your spine, so that the exhalation is more forceful and focused.

4. Inhale passively and naturally, without any effort.

5. Repeat the process for 15-20 rounds.
